High-traction silicone grip zones at the ball and heel eliminate internal foot movement, so force transfers cleanly into your footwear instead of being lost to slip.
Each pair runs at 20–30 mmHg arch compression through a targeted mid-foot wrap, using a 65% nylon, 15% polyester, 20% spandex blend with no cotton. The composition is published because most grip sock brands don't — if a brand won't tell you what's in the sock or how much compression it applies, no measurable claim is being made.
