At Szockz, we stand behind our high-performance gear. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window under the following strict conditions:
1. THE 30-DAY WINDOW
You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return your item.
- The countdown begins the day the tracking information confirms the package was delivered to your address.
- The item must be postmarked and sent back to us within this 30-day period. Returns sent after this window will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender at their expense.
2. CONDITION FOR RETURN (HYGIENE DISCLOSURE)
Due to the nature of performance compression wear and hygiene standards, we can only accept returns that meet the following criteria:
- Unworn & Unwashed: Socks must not have been worn, even for a "trial run."
- Original Packaging: Items must be in their original packaging with all labels and tags attached.
- Resalable Condition: The item must be free of hair, dust, odors (perfume/detergent), or any signs of use.
- Right of Refusal: Szockz reserves the right to refuse a refund if the goods are returned in a condition that renders them non-resalable.
3. RETURN POSTAGE & SHIPPING
- Customer Responsibility: The cost of return shipping is the sole responsibility of the customer. Szockz does not provide pre-paid return labels.
- Risk of Loss: We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service. Szockz is not responsible for returns that are lost, damaged, or stolen in transit.
- Proof of Postage: Please retain your receipt of postage until your refund has been fully processed.
4. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
To ensure your refund is processed accurately, follow these steps:
- Email support@szockz.co.uk with your Order Number and the reason for the return.
- Our team will provide you with the correct Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) address.
- Include your original packing slip or a note with your name and Order Number inside the package.
5. REFUND PROCESSING
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
- Note: Original shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
EXCLUSIONS
- Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return.
- Worn Gear: Any socks that show signs of trail use, sweat, or washing will be rejected immediately.
